A distinguished strength and conditioning coach with over half a decade of experience, Coach D'Anthony Knight comes to FlexFit Performance after notable tenures at leading Division I institutions like Wichita State, Washington State, and the University of Kansas, to name a few. Within the collegiate landscape, he elevated athletic performance by curating comprehensive training programs targeted toward each athlete’s specific goals. D'Anthony Knight founded FlexFit Performance to specialize in advanced strength and conditioning for athletes. He provides cutting-edge fitness solutions tailored to each athlete's needs while embracing their individuality.

              Coach Knight was truly my favorite part of Wichita State Athletics. My whole team absolutely loved him. He cared about the athletes beyond just their sport which is so rare in college athletics and so special. Coming back from an injury, I was lost. I couldn’t jump as high and I was struggling knowing I would never be as good as I used to be. Training with Knight put me back where I was before and even better physically and mentally. He gave us the training we needed for our bodies but also helped with the unseen aspects of college athletics. From not traveling, to coming back from an injury, to not playing he was there for us with unwavering support.                     When D’Knight first came into Wyoming… I was battling back off a season ending injury. I let him know my goals and what I wanted to accomplish in order to get back to myself. We did that and then some to keep it short. While he was helping me get better I also saw him work on himself improving in many ways. I can say that him working with me helped lay out that foundation he needed to pursue and become a independent trainer. All in all D’Knight will help you become better mentally and physical, also a great leader and even better human being.
